Las rotaciones del barbecho son transformadas en un mecanismo de negociación entre los distintos agentes que habitan un área de regadío en la que se extiende la inevitable explotación turística propia del litoral mediterráneo. Este proyecto se apropia de los recursos agrícolas del lugar y recodifica el paisaje rural en función de nuevos ciclos de compatibilidad de este inestable ecosistema de agentes en juego. En este nuevo paisaje se propone una arquitectura doméstica cuya tecnología es capaz de incorporar tales protocolos y los ciclos energéticos y biológicos de las explotaciones agrícolas.
Cultivo # 4: In Between
Un proyecto que hace que las mudas fachadas de la ciudad se sonrojen
involuntariamente ante las fluctuaciones del teatro social urbano, ante
sus impredecibles necesidades. El nuevo escenario de patchworks (filtros
de polución, paneles de captación de energía, de regulación del clima,
soporte de información) recubre estos espacios verticales y capta la
explosión de la vida urbana, convirtiendo el espacio doméstico más
público en un lugar de intercambio social.
Fallow Land turns crop rotation into a negotiation mechanism for the various groups that inhabit an irrigated area over which the inevitable explosion of tourism associated with the Mediterraneán coast isspreading. This project appropriates the agricultural resources of the area and re-codes the rurallandscape into new cycles of compatibility for the unstable ecosystem of the groups in play. On this new landscape, it proposes a domestic architecture with the technology to incorporate such protocols and th~ biological and energy cycles of the farms.

A project that makes the mute façades of the city blush involuntarily at
the fluctuations in the theatre of urban society, at its
unpredictable needs. The new scene of patchwork (pollution filters, energy-collecting and climate regulation panels, hoardings and
signs) covers the vertical spaces and captures the explosíon of urban life, turning the most public of domestic spaces into a place of social exchange.
